1. Monthly rent includes water, electricity, cable TV, Wi Fi, cleaning service, and shared laundry facilities (washing machine & dryer).
2. Cleaning service provided every 10 days (includes trash disposal, bathroom cleaning, bed linen change, desk, and floor cleaning).
3. Each room features an external window, flame retardant blackout curtains, wooden desk, wardrobe, TV, bed, pil low, mattress cover, and comforter move in ready with just a suitcase!
4. Private bathroom with a high end bathtub, premium sanitary ware, and a smart bidet toilet.
5. Monthly rental basis, maximum of 2 occupants per room. Single occupancy is at the same rate.

8. Strictly non smoking throughout the premises.
9. No pets allowed.
10. Illegal activities such as drug use or prostitution are strictly prohibited. Violators will be reported to the police, forfeit their deposit, and face immediate contract termination.
11. Deposit: One month’s rent, payable in cash. Any damage to the room or common areas will result in the full deposit being withheld, with potential legal action.
12. Parcel collection available with prior notice.
